🔑 Important Notes
Online Participation:
Members who are unable to attend physically may join the General Assembly online via Zoom.
Proxy Representation:
Country Representatives and Board Members unable to attend may be represented by proxy in line with the Articles of Association.
Quorum Notice:
If the quorum is not met at the initial General Assembly, a Special General Assembly will be held immediately after, with the same agenda and no quorum requirements, as per Article 12.5.
